Rising Sun Institute for Special Children - Mughalpura Campus

In order to facilitate the children from Northern part of Lahore, a new campus was established in Mughalpura in September 2003, with 35 students who were coming to Defence campus. Now this campus, facilitating 250+ children with Special Needs under its roof. The campus provides a continuum of support encompassing academic instruction, therapeutic interventions, family guidance, vocational training, and sheltered employment opportunities. This holistic framework ensures that each learner receives multidimensional support tailored to their developmental and functional requirements. A team of highly qualified and experienced professionals conducts systematic and detailed assessments to inform the development of individualized education programs (IEPs) for every child.

Robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are embedded within service delivery processes to maintain quality standards and ensure measurable progress. The overarching focus of the campus remains on fostering independence, empowerment, and self-reliance, equipping students with the competencies necessary for meaningful participation in education, employment, and community life.
